Extra Person Policy
Extra person room charge is $25 per night. Max occupancy in standard rooms is 2. Max occupancy in Deluxe is 3. Max occupancy in One Bedroom is 4.
Extra Child Policy
Deluxe Room: one child free under age 11. One Bedroom Apartment: 2 children under the age of 11 are permitted at no charge. Standard Gardenside, Standard Beachside, Garden Kitchenette, and Beachside Superior: no extra children allowed.
Additional Taxes for Rooms
10% General Consumption Tax, 10% Hotel Service Charge, and $1 Government Room Occupancy Tax. Final payments on all bookings should be made 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking Policies & Minimum Night Stays
• Minimum stay policy for Rooms: Dec 25 – Jan 1 (7 nights), Jan 3 – April 15 (3 nights)
• 50% deposit is required to guarantee a Room reservation.
Summer Season Deposit Policy and Minimum Night Stay
• Minimum stay policy for Rooms: April 16 – December 14 (2 nights)
• 25% deposit or one night’s stay, whichever is greater, required to guarantee a reservation.
Jamaican Independence
• 4 night minimum stay
• 100% payment required to guarantee room
• Contact hotel for applicable dates
Christmas/New Years
• 7 night minimum stay
• 50% payment required to guarantee room. If cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival, no refund of deposit.
Cancellation & Deposit Policies
Summer: April 16 – Dec 14
• 50% deposit required to guarantee reservation
• Cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, full refund
• Cancelled less than 7–13 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of the total booking amount
• No show: loss of deposit
Winter: Dec 15 – April 15
• 50% deposit required to guarantee reservation
• Cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival: full refund
• Cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival: loss of deposit or deposit applied to future reservation, to be determined by hotel
• No show: loss of deposit
Christmas/New Years: Dec 25 – Jan 1
• Non-refundable and non-transferable 50% deposit required to guarantee reservation
Jamaican Emancipation Holiday
• Full payment is required to guarantee reservation and payment is non-refundable
